Nothing is charged by default. When your trial ends, your account is put on hold and all your data is kept safe. Your itineraries, accommodations, activities, and media remain intact. Simply choose a plan and add a payment method whenever you're ready to continue.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. If you cancel or your trial expires, your data is retained for a grace period so you can resume at any time.

Yes. Safari Itinerary includes a full header and footer settings system. Upload your logo, write your intro text, and set your footer content (About Us, What to Bring, Additional Info). Every PDF export automatically uses your branding — set it once, consistent forever.

Safari Itinerary is purpose-built for African safari operators, with detailed park and region data for Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia, and South Africa. Itineraries for other regions can still be created using custom accommodations and activities, but the built-in park list and route maps are Africa-specific.

There is no automated import at this time. You can build your accommodation and activity libraries manually — most operators complete their core library in an hour or two. Yes. Every published itinerary has a public link your client can open on any device — no login, no app, no friction. The public view is beautifully formatted with photos, a route map, and the full day-by-day breakdown.
